[Romans 12:2 AMP – And do not be conformed to this world (any longer with its superficial values and customs), but be TRANSFORMED and PROGRESSIVELY CHANGED (as you mature spiritually) by the renewing of your mind (focusing on godly value and ethical attitude), so that you may prove (for yourselves) what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect (in His plan and purpose for you)]

Are you broken? Down? Depressed? Feeling lonely? Feeling left out? Feeling worthless?
These feelings come as a result of the stress and pressure life brings along.
You can be happy a moment, but once you feel too stressed/overwhelmed, you may snap. And the effect/result of that snap may/could put you into any of the above listed feelings; depressed, feeling worthless, lonely etc.
What are you going to do? What can you do to help yourself out of this hell?

The solution to this problem is, renewing your mind. Stress, and pressures are like storms and hurricanes. They will come when their time is due to come, but should you build your house on a solid foundation which is the Word of God in your mind, heart and also mouth, not that you will escape the storm but rather you will overcome it and it will not overpower you ever.

How can you renew your mind boldly so that your house (your mind) doesn’t snap or crush in the storm like a mud house built on sand?
You can renew your mind best by constantly reading the word of God.
I am sorry if the word, ‘constantly’ seem harsh or so work loaded, let’s make it say, regularly.

The word of God is like a bath; you have to do it regularly till you become whole such that you don’t see it as ‘work’ anymore but as a fun to play and love.
Reading the word without communicating with the HolySpirit may not be effective.
Admit your problem/situation to the HolySpirit. Eg: That you are broken and feeling worthless.
You can speak to Him, the ever trusted spirit and comforter, the HolySpirit.
Tell him your problems like how you would speak to a trusted friend. Tell him to help you. You don’t need to religiously ‘pray’. Just talk to him from your heart. You talking with him honestly and vulnerably like that is your way of telling him, “I trust you and believe that you know better to help me than me helping myself.”

After you have made that clear to him, read the Bible. Assume it like your daily honey you need to take for a particular ailment.
Whenever you take the Bible to read, say that honest ‘chat’ with the HolySpirit asking him to renew your mind with his word which you are about to read, and to give you revelation into his word, then go ahead and READ.

Just Read.

Don’t do anything extra or religious to feel ‘deliverance.’ No!
Just read the Word of God, and be consistent. With time, in a short while, should you be consistent, you will begin to feel relieved, refreshed and renewed.

Anytime you feel ‘disturbances’ in your mind[ because that is where the devil ‘vomits’ his lies about you. But the devil is respectful and submissive to ONLY the Word of God and Jesus (God)] pray/chat about it to the HolySpirit because he is your friend now, and read a scripture.
As long and as often as you feed your mind with the word of God, the hold of the devil on your mind would begin to get loose until it just can’t hold you anymore.

IT IS POSSIBLE!

With God, all things are possible. “Is there anything too hard for the Lord?”

Depression, hate, jealously, backbiting, rebellion, pride and all those are not from God but from the devil, and they are hurting God that you are a slave to them (those vices), which you shouldn’t be, because you are a  King and a Priest of God.

Any ill thought, self-worth, or anything at all, bring all of them into subjection to the Word of God, and see them gradually loose their hold on you.

Please make sure that you are saved and a born-again Christian too.
Don’t allow yourself, especially your mind to be naked before the devil.
Clothe your mind, cover and fill it with the Word of God and you will BE FREE.
As you continually read and repeat the Word of God which you read, believe them into your heart, as you fill your mind with them.
Then speak them out against any bad situation!

You are close to freedom sweetheart.
Don’t give up. Give it one more try please.
I know it is hard, but it is worth the try to get good results.
Go make an Impact.
Jesus Loves You… I Love You too.
#Feed your Mind.
#Believe it into your heart.
#Speak the Word (the Sword of the Spirit) out!
Amen.

“People ask me what I do in the winter when there’s no baseball. I’ll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring.”
