“You probably might have asked for that too early. Don’t you think so?”
No. I don’t think so.
“Why are you too strong on your decisions. It doesn’t even show submission as a servant of the LORD as you are.”
Yeah. Yeah. I am sorry. But I need this request met. What are you saying? I am even getting impatient.
“Impatient? That is it right there.”
I am God’s child, I should get what I want. My God is rich and omnipotent. What are you talking about?
“And why would a kind, lovely and omnipotent father, God hold anything back from his children? Answer my question please?”
I don’t know.
“Lets read something in the book of Romans 8:32. Please come with me. Please.”
Alright. What is there?
“Romans 8:32_ He who did not spare (even) His own son, but gave him up for us all, how will He not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?

Matthew 7:9-12 __ 11. If you then, evil (sinful by nature) as you are, know how to give good and advantageous gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in Heaven (perfect as He is) give what is good and advantageous to those who keep on asking Him.”

“You know what, God is our father once we are Born Again; once we confess our sins to Him and accept Jesus and the Holy Spirit into our Spirit, and we invite Jesus to be our Lord (master) and personal savior.

Why would God let us take this big and bold step of being Born Again to become his children only for him to leave us as orphans? Which human being even does that?

Do you know what I have discovered?

Most of us Christians or let me say, children of the Most High God ask for things too quickly before its appointed time. Probably because of their evil desires or because of what they have seen on others.”

Too quick, I mean, not at the divine timing of the manifestation of that thing.

Nehemiah prayed to God about the walls of Jerusalem and Jerusalem itself, but God answered that prayer and made a way for him after 4 months and a day. Check your Bibles in the book of Nehemiah.

Why didn’t Elizabeth give birth all these while but was kept /’delayed’ till she was old and hopeless, to give birth to the ordained John the Baptist.
Why did young Mary give birth (Jesus) too early like that?
These are all in divine timing.

//prayers are answered for a purpose- a divine purpose.
God is willing and ever-ready to answer all your prayers and requests (Matthew 7:7-8, Matthew 6:25-34). But when it seems like your prayers are not being answered or your requests are not being met with answers, remember that God makes all things beautiful at his own time.

If you force your ‘way in’, you may get what you need, but it WON’T BE BEAUTIFUL, I promise, because it is not in God’s timing.

Yes, I know your colleagues are marrying and having babies, but could you allow God or trust him to prepare yours and present it beautifully on his own timing? God does everything for you beautifully for his own glory. Your need is least of his worries; Let me put it that way. If it was only about the provision of your needs, he is more than able to do any and everything. But in other to get glory from it, he has to make it beautiful in other to present you to the world for his glory to be seen through you.”

“I don’t want all those glory stuff. I just need my request or needs met. That is all.” You may complain.

“You know your problem? A way may seem right to a man, but at the end is distraction…

Can you just allow the creator of the universe, including you do his thing? All you need to do is to plead for his mercy like Nehemiah did in the book of Nehemiah 1:4-11?

Don’t be arrogant, don’t be prideful. I know it is hard. I am still single myself and wished to be married. But if it is not in God’s time or his will, I don’t want to risk my life, my purpose, and my children for this selfish and desperate desire of mine.
God created me without me making any input. I woke up to see a brighter day without any input from me. Why don’t I then leave everything, including this burning desire and need to him and trust that he will do it perfectly like himself (He is perfect). If I can painfully trust God, it even qualifies me as a good wife-to be, because, men or my husband would love to be trusted too.
But if I want everything my way and, on my time, then I am not even fit to be a wife or a helper to anybody.

So, I can even say that the wait is even a training ground for me and my future.
When you are getting impatient with waiting, just keep on praying until you get your answers, [ask Daniel]. He prayed for 21 days, meanwhile, God had answered his prayers the 1st day he prayed.
Read 1 Peter 3:12 please.
It says, “For the eyes of the Lord are (looking favorably) upon the righteous (the upright). And His ears are attentive TO THEIR PRAYER (eager to answer), but the face of the Lord is against those who practice evil.”
In the meantime, make sure you are still connected to God, the true vine; while you are the branches. Other than that, you are on your own.
See y’all.

“People ask me what I do in the winter when there’s no baseball. I’ll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring.”
