The devil comes to steal, kill and destroy.[John 10:10]

The devil is the accuser of the brethren. [Revelation 12:10]

He is a liar and the father of all lies. [John 8:44]

He is the god of this earth. [2 Corinthians 4:4]

According to Rev. Dr. Kenneth E. Hagin’s sermon; The Authority of the Believer Part 2, he said that Jesus told him that He, Jesus cannot do anything on earth about the devil because He has given all authority to man.[Luke 10:19].

This been said, it implies that man is living under his expectation.

Man is expected to rule on Earth like how God is ruling in heaven. We are created in the image and LIKEness of God. We are like God, in authority and power. No matter how strange this may sound to you, it is the TRUTH.

Did your salvation come to you in any way other than believing? Did you do anything other than to confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal savior? If your salvation as important as it is was attained by you believing and having faith, then how much more your divine promises and inheritance from God as a son of God?

Rev. Dr. Kenneth E. Hagin went on to say that Jesus told him that those who call on him, Jesus to do something about the devil worrying their lives are just wasting their time. He said that according to Jesus all authority over the devil has been delegated to man, as Adam and Eve had authority before they sold it out. Hence man ought to use it with the knowledge they acquire from the word of God, the Holy Bible.

It is like a dispatched police man stationed at the road side, but should there be traffic, he calls on his authorities from the office (heaven) expecting them to come and direct the traffic. That is a mistake buddy, and ignorance of once authority. The authority to control those cars has been given to the police man already, so it would be an error if he still expects his boss to do something about the cars.

His boss would ask, “What would you want me to do? All authority has been given to you in that uniform (Child of God status). Just raise your hands (speak) and the cars (devil) would stop and obey your command (words/authority).”

Brethren, Jesus didn’t come to the earth to suffer for you to write his story in some Christmas or Easter books. He came to defeat the devil, and He has made a public show of them. Whether you believe it or not, it is done. It is like a passenger on a plane who doesn’t know that his food is included in his ticket fee. You would go hungry (suffer in the devil’s hands) for nothing. Get knowledge. Hate ignorance. Ignorance is deadly!

Adam and Eve ignorantly gave out their authority to the devil through disobedience, and we blame them even till today. Would you be surprise if I tell you that you are behaving worse than Adam and Eve? You even know the authority you have in God, yet you are doubting him and measuring him with your mind. How can you do that? How can you measure a creator (God) with a meter (thoughts) on his creature (mind)?

God is God; He is indescribable, He is infinite. All you got to do is to believe him, and obey his commands. Obeying his commands is your way of telling him, “I Love you God.”[John 14:15].

The devil doesn’t mind you sinning, because when you sin and don’t repent or confess it to God, you open the door of your life for him to come in and steal. Once he gets in there, he does 3 things; steal, kill and destroy. You don’t want to love sin. Adam and Eve  never insulted God, or blasphemed, but just because of “one” disobedience (don’t eat the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and bad), they lost everything.

Can you imagine what the devil is robbing from you by your ‘little’ lies?  Can you imagine what he is even robbing from your generation and children by your cheating attitude?

The problem with Christians is that they settle for less. If even Jay-Z with all his millions is still working, then that should tell you that there is more for God’s children to attain. If a Satanist like him believe that the devil has more for him, how much more God who created the universe and everything in it?

Christians settle for money, houses, cars, wives, position, reputation, etc that is all. They think that is all to life. Have you walked on sea yet? Have you raised the dead? “Oh that is for the pastors and evangelists.” You may say. Don’t deceive yourself. Jesus says that if you believe, what he does you shall do more [Mark 16:17-18, John 14:12]. If you think you are not included, then you are either making God a liar, or you are saying you never believed, thus you are not saved. Is that so?

You see secular musicians commanding millions, and Christians are struggling to go for their concert. [“What has light got to do with darkness?”_ 2 Corinthians 6:14] Stop saying you are being patriotic or loving your own kind. If your own kind is not following Christ, he is not full of love no matter how much he act like it: He can be easily influenced by the devil to do evil which you wouldn’t know.

Support your own; Christian brethren, and shun evil. Hate sin [Mark 12:31]. Don’t feed the desires of the flesh, because anyone who satisfy the desires of the flesh is carnal and in enmity with God [Romans 8:6-11].

Don’t be lukewarm, because God hates that [Revelation 3:16].

Love perfectly [1 John 4:18].

Live perfectly [Matthew 5:48].

Every unconfessed sin is a BIG AVENUE FOR THE DEVIL TO COME IN TO STEAL, KILL, and DESTROY YOU. This is no joke. He is roaming like a roaring lion seeking who to devour [1 Peter 5:8].

Remember, God through Jesus has given you the authority over the devil [Matthew 28:18-20, Philippians 2:10, Colossians 2:10].

When you are being persecuted by the devil, don’t call on God to do anything. Because like the police man, all the authority you need to overcome that loser of a Lucifer has already been given into your hands to use [Luke 10:19].

HATE SIN!

I TELL YOU, “HATE SIN!” The more you love/live in sin, the more the devil rejoices. Because it gives him room to accuse you before the Father, God, in order to have the “legal papers” to destroy you since he is the god of this earth. [Revelation 12:10]

The more you are full of Christ, the more you would be filled with love (you wouldn’t be able to help it). When you realize that your love for others, for God, and for yourself is going down, watch out, because the devil might be crawling around. Close any opened doors! Amen.
