Between the Holy Spirit and man, no Will is imposed upon; the Holy Spirit doesn’t impose upon the will of man, neither does man impose upon the will/timing of the Holy Spirit.

They each live differently but together: Man can do nothing without the Holy Spirit, neither can the Holy Spirit do anything without man.

The Holy Spirit came as a helper, comforter, friend, and counsellor from God. He came to help man with his assignment/purpose on earth. It comes to mind that if man doesn’t know his assignment/purpose on earth, he wouldn’t get much from the Holy Spirit. However, the Holy Spirit helps man in his Daily life so that he would stay on the path of righteousness (right standing with God).

“What happens when man listens to the Holy Spirit?”

When man listens to the Holy Spirit, man’s life becomes prosperous. He doesn’t make unnecessary mistakes in life; He lives a purposeful and fulfilling life on earth, in God and in Heaven to come.

“How can man be in tune/listen to the Holy Spirit?”

If man reads and study the Word of God, and DECIDES to obey the Word of God to the latter, man will be in tune with the Holy Spirit. In that, the Holy Spirit is obliged to help man ‘get there’: When man feels weak at a point in the journey (because he will), the Holy Spirit is there to comfort him. When man feels alone (because he will), the Holy Spirit is there to be his friend. When man feels confused at a point (because he will), the Holy Spirit is there to counsel him. When man feels helpless (because he will) the Holy Spirit is there to help him.

The Holy Spirit does all these to achieve one goal: To help man with his assignment/purpose/God-ordained mission on earth, AND to keep man’s feet on the path of righteousness. [Psalm 23:3]

Let’s strike the similarities between the Holy Spirit, and a Wife.

THE WIFE	THE HOLYSPIRIT
1. She is from God.	He is from God.
2. She wasn’t made from the same material as man.	He wasn’t made from the same material as man.
3. She is a helper to man.	He is a helper to man.
4. She is supposed to be able to counsel man (with the Word of God).	He is man’s counsellor.
5. She is supposed to be her husband’s friend.	He is man’s ordained friend.
6. She is supposed to comfort, and encourage her man (husband).	The Holy Spirit comforts man in his work, purpose and daily life.
7. She is supposed to follow/get her directions from God and the Word of God.	He takes his instructions from God (the Word of God) [John 14:26].

With this comparison and similarities, we can say that the Holy Spirit is the “spiritual” guide/partner of man, while the wife is the “physical” partner.

The only difference between the spiritual and physical is that, Man submits to the Spiritual (the Holy Spirit), while the physical (wife) submits to the man; in the long run she is also submitting to the Spiritual (the Holy Spirit).

“How can these two (man and his wife) relate and stay together?”

1. Man ought to understand the nature of his wife from her creator, God through the Word of God.
2. Man ought to learn and understand his wife to know how she is wired and operates (like how a machine is wired and ought to be known before you operate, lest you destroy it).
3. Like the Holy Spirit, man should NOT try to transform his wife to act/think/be like him, or else the woman loses her relevance, nature, and uniqueness.
4. The man always ought to ‘contact’ the creator of the object (his wife) to be able to understand and dwell with her.
5. The only manual about/for his wife is the Word of God, not the word of other objects (friends and family)

The Holy Spirit + Man = Destiny and Fulfillment.

Man + His Wife = Destiny and Fulfillment.

Man, your wife is NOT the enemy.

It is your level of knowledge, understand, wisdom, and ignorance which is the ENEMY.

Watch it, before you start picking shinning stones (anything in skirt) instead of the real diamonds (your wife).
