Neatness is something that brings honor and much admiration to a person. If you are regularly neat, you are respected without even speaking a word. Your shirt is always neat, you smell good, and your skirts don’t look crumpled always but well ironed and neat. What more could one ask for?

As an added advantage, being neat gives your clothing much durability. If you always dirty your clothes every time you wear them, even for a few hours (in the evenings), washing them would require much squeezing, much wringing, much washing and scrubbing. And as much this washing is done with much effort in the hands, your clothes would be short-lived.

Yes, you may think that you wouldn’t wear your clothes for more than 3 months so you are fine, but sweetheart, that is not how it works. If you don’t intend to wear your clothes for more than 3 months, that is fine. You can keep them strong and good, so that after the 3 months they would look good to bless someone with them; they wouldn’t look like rugs after the 3 months. Think about it sweetheart.

How beautiful it is when you go to school, play alright, but you don’t dirty yourself as if you slept in the sand or in the dirt?

How nice it would be if you always wipe your seats before you sit down?

How beautiful it would be if you always had a handkerchief to wipe your mouth or tissue to clean your hands after eating instead of wiping them in your clothes.
