Men NEED Respect. Wherever they can find/receive Respect, men will be there. Including, the tear zone. Yes! I mean crying. Men will seek and yearn for respect everywhere.

‘Why should I cry if it would make me appear weak? Who gives respect to a weak person?’ Do you see the dynamics? So, if Men NEED respect, and respect is NOT accorded to the weak, but only to the brave and strong, then they would be brave and strong even if it is just a mask.

A man will ONLY cry in an environment when RESPECT will not be taken away from him/reduced.

Woman, are you that environment? Girlfriend who wants her man to be emotional, are you that safe environment?

If a man perceives that his respect from you is conditional he will NEVER be vulnerable before you. You will always see him tough and strong even if it is a mask.

So my lady, if you notice that your man is always acting all ‘superman’ then check yourself; check the kind of environment you are creating around him. Are you a blame gun, or a shame shooter?

Remember, men NEED Respect. And if you want him to be ‘human’, and real, then you’ll have to create a PERMANENT home/environment of RESPECT for him to thrive: Would your respect go down for him if he loses his job? Would you lose respect for him if he makes a grave mistake? Would you love him as a ‘boy’, and as a man?

A man will easily cry in the arms of his mama, because he KNOWS that his mama’s love for him is UNCONDITIONAL. What about you my lady? Is your love and Respect for your husband UNCONDITIONAL?

Unconditional Respect would bring out the inner side of a man. #beingVulnerableWithYou.
