Why were we created on earth?

            Why was man created?

                        What is man supposed to do on earth?

“Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven _ Matthew 5:16.” They say.

But why?

What is the purpose of a man?

            Why was man created at all?

I will tell you.

“Then God said, ‘Let the land produce vegetation: … And it was so. The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good.’” _ Genesis 1:11-12NIV

“And God said, ‘Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the vault of the sky.’ So, God created the great creatures of the sea and every living thing with which the water teems and that moves about in it, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.” _ Genesis 1:20-21NIV

“Then God said, ‘Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.’ So, God created mankind in his own image, IN THE IMAGE OF GOD HE CREATED THEM; male and female he created them. God blessed them…” _ Genesis 1:26-28NIV

Why was man created?

From the scriptures above, have you gotten your answer yet?

God created the world, but he gave the world to man. Man became the steward of the earth. Someone may argue that Adam gave that authority to the devil after he sinned. Yes, you are right. But a second Adam came into the scene to redeem everything that was lost to man. This second Adam is Jesus Christ. And now, at the mention of the name, JESUS, every knee in heaven (the birds’ realm), on earth(the plants’ realm), and under the earth (the fishes’ realm) MUST BOW, and every tongue confesses that Jesus is Lord to the glory of the Father (Philippians 2)

So now, God, through Jesus Christ has brought man back into the Garden of Eden (‘The spot and the place where the presence of God meets earth.’ – Dr. Myles Munroe).

Let no one cry over the ‘lost’ of the Garden of Eden. We have gotten it back through Jesus Christ our Lord in a more perfect shape.

The purpose of man in the Garden of Eden was for man to have a relationship with God. Through that loyal relationship, mankind will be able to rule over the earth, bringing the will of God onto earth: “Jesus gave them this answer: ‘Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he SEES his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does. For the Father loves the Son and shows him all he does. Yes, and he will show him even greater works than these, so that you will be amazed. For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son gives life to whom he is pleased to give it.” _John 5:19-21NIV

Do you think that while Adam was in the Garden of Eden, he lacked anything?

Do you think Jesus lacked any good thing while he was on earth? No! In fact, he had more, and he gave more. The fishes in the waters even gave to him (coins to taxes).

“I and the Father are ONE.” _John 10:30NIV

Man was created to have a with God. And that relationship births his purpose.

When Jesus established a relationship with God, the Father, he pursued his Purpose. Your purpose is in God. And until you have a relationship with Him, you may not fully actualize your purpose.

Are you having a relationship with God, or are you married and loyal to Money?

How is your relationship with God like? Is it toxic? Is in an open relationship whereby you are having threesome with the devil/the love of money as the third wheel?

“I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm (threesome-ish) – neither hot nor cold- I am about to spit you out of my mouth.” _ Revelation 3:15-16NIV

“No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate THE ONE (God) and love the other (money), or you will be devoted to THE ONE (God) and despise the other (money). You cannot serve both God and money.” Matthew 6:24NIV.

Who is your master?

            Who is your Lord?

                        Who do you bow down to?

                                    Who are you devoted to?

You can’t serve God and Money. You can’t love God and love money too. Hate the one, and love the other, or despise the other, and be devoted to THE ONE.

Keeping the main thing, the main thing.

What is the main thing?

The fishes were called out of the waters, where do we or can we find fishes? IN THE WATERS

            Where do fishes live to survive or live life?   IN THE WATERS.

The land was commanded to bring forth seed bearing plants. Where do we find plants now? STILL ON LAND.

            Do we plant in the skies? No! Why? Because plants were NOT called out into the sky. Rather, it is the birds which were commanded to fly above the skies. Are the birds flying? YES!

A bird CANNOT stay in Water. A fish can.

A fish CANNOT fly above the sky. A bird can.

A bird CANNOT live in the soil. A seed/plant can.

How? They have been created, built, and equipped with everything they will need to stay in their habitat (their source).

What is man’s source?

Who is man’s source?

Just as the fishes were called out from the waters, man was called out from God: Then God said, ‘Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness… Genesis 1:26-28NIV.

So, for man to survive and live a fruitful life, he HAS to stay in his source (God). And not just ‘God’, but God the Father, God the Son (the Word of God), and God the Spirit (the Holy Spirit). Because the scripture says, ‘then God said, Let US…’  Us is plural, not singular. Singular would have been, let ME…

And we all know that God is three-in-one being. So, if he says Us, then your source as a human being is three.

If you stay in any other source, do any other thing, no matter how rich or ‘happy’ you may seem, you are DYING.

The moment a fish begins to fly, it has lost its purpose. When it loses its purpose, its relevance will also be lost.

The moment a plant begins to fly, that will be a sign of disorder.

If this is the case, why are men worshipping trees, instead of worshipping God through Jesus Christ?

            Why are men worshipping fishes in the sea, when they were commanded to rule it?

You think the fish is giving you something, but No! Whatever that fish is giving you is a bait to take something greater from you. Ask Eve! She thought the snake was being nice and caring, giving her wisdom through the fruit. Little did she know that eating that fruit would cause her EVERYTHING.

What fruit is that sea goddess baiting you with? If she says she is a goddess while living in the sea, then she is a fish. God called fishes from the sea. So, anything in the sea, not matter how ‘powerful’ it seems is a FISH. Man is supposed to rule over the fishes, not worship it. Do you see how ignorance has brought man low? Genesis 1:26-28NIV

Man has been elevated to sit with Christ in high places, but because of ignorance, man is allowing slaves to rule over him. How pathetic?

Anything in the trees is a plant. No matter how powerful a thing says it is, as long as it is in the trees, it is a tree. And man has been given authority over it. Genesis 1:26-28NIV

Anything flying above the skies is a bird. And man has been given authority over the birds of the skies to rule over it. Genesis 1:26-28NIV

So how come man is running away from his source (God, the creator of ALL things) to seek his source from other things, riches, fame, children, sex, etc.?

Man is supposed to stay in his source, God. This is the only place man will have good success.  Man will have success without any sorrows.

You cannot run away from God to chase things outside Him and then try to find Him in those things. You will be empty, and vulnerable to the devil. The devil knows that he is already defeated and waiting for judgement. While he waits, he has decided to seek whom he may devour and take to hell with him. Don’t let this bitter devil get you. Don’t heed to his enticement. They are traps. Sin is a trap to ensnare you, steal, kill and destroy you. Don’t allow it!

Keeping the main thing, the main thing.

The main thing is for man to remain in God, and God in Him.

The main thing is for man to seek all his needs from his source.

The main thing is for man to remain in the presence of God.

Just as swimming is to fishes, Praying is to man.

Just as eating from the sea is to fishes, eating the word of God is to man.

MAN IS A SPIRIT BEING.
