kid discipline

Do you believe in God?

Do you believe that He loves you?

Do you believe that Jesus dying on the cross was to show you how much He loves you, and it wasn’t to bluff?

If you believe in God like you say, and believe that Jesus loves you, why then don’t you Obey his Word?

God said in His Word, “He who spares his rod [of discipline] hates his son, but he who loves him discipline diligently and punishes him early.”_ Proverbs 13:24AMP,  yet you think you know better and love your child better than the one who gave the child to you so you would not whip your child when they do wrong.

Let me tell you something, applying “Gentle Parenting” may cause your child to act right BEFORE YOU, but it might not cast the stony heart, the demon of disobedience out of him. In a suitable environment probably not in your presence, the demon of disobedience will come out and RUIN YOUR CHILD.

You don’t know better than the one who created you. If he says, “Foolishness is bound up in the heart of a child but the rod of discipline will drive it far from him. _Proverbs 22:15 AMP” then please “Best Parent of the Year” do as He, God says: Whip your child WHEN they do wrong. You don’t know better than God.

Eve thought she knew better by eating the forbidden fruit. Where did her better take her to? Man, whip your child, he wouldn’t die. Besides it wasn’t you who created your child.

Stay Blessed

PS: This is why you complain: “My child was good at home. What happened to him when he came to school? Who influenced this evil he is doing now? Etc”

Can I tell you who did?

It’s YOU. Nobody influenced your child. It is you who with your gentle parenting didn’t kill the spirit of disobedience in him but rather gave time for the spirit of disobedience to cook itself in your child’s heart.

And now that it is well cooked, it’s pushing itself into your child’s throat for full expression.

I TELL YOU: You don’t know better than the God who created the World. JUST OBEY HIM. Period!

Hebrews 12:6-7, 11 AMP _ “For the Lord corrects and discipline everyone He loves, and HE PUNISHES, EVEN SCOURGES EVERY DON WHOM He accepts and welcomes to His heart and cherishes. You must submit to and endure[correction] for discipline; God is dealing with you as with sons. For what son is there whom his father does not [thus] train and correct and discipline? … For the time being no discipline brings joy, but seems grievous and painful; but afterwards it yields a peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it [a harvest of fruit which consists in righteousness – in conformity to God’s will in purpose, thought, and action, resulting in right living and right standing with God].”

THANK YOU.

“People ask me what I do in the winter when there’s no baseball. I’ll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring.”
