IF IT’S POSSIBLE TO FORGET FOOD THAT YOU HAVE SAVED, THEN YOU CAN FORGET THAT GUY YOU SO MISS AND WANTED TO ALWAYS BE WITH.
Have you ever been so hungry that, you pack food? Let’s say, in the morning on your way to work or somewhere, ONLY for you to forget the food in your bag while you go about your duties, and even buy another food to eat?
It happens to us. At least once.
But how did this happen or how would it happen?
How did you FORGET the food you needed so badly ENTIRELY like that?
Forgot? Food? Your belly?
Didn’t your belly feel hungry anymore?
Or did your belly suddenly forget that it was hungry too?
As funny as it may sound, it is really true and it happens.
Your entire system; mind, feelings, stomach etc all forgot because, YOU PROGRAMMED YOUR MIND FOR ANOTHER TASK.
“I didn’t.” you may defend
Well, look here:

When you were packing the food into your bag, your MIND WAS ON THE FOOD.
After you were done packing, your mind was still on the food. [Nothing new had come].
But when you boarded the bus and had to do other things like finding a seat, doing this and that [being busy], your MIND SHIFTED attention to your tasks; those things that you had to see to and make sure they were in place.
When you got to work, your boss just called you to give you some other tasks to do without letting you to even sit down to offer your morning prayers yet. [Yeah]
Now, you had to meet deadlines for those tasks [before break]. And when it was break, you rushed out quickly to grab something to eat before another immediate boss calls you for an overtime work.
When you got back from break, and now breathing some air, you looked into your bag to grab your comb and mirror, only for you to find your “saved food” in your bag going cold.
Woooow…

Now, because you are too full and there is no space left for another food, you either take it back home to empty it into the bin or microwave it and give it to a colleague who needs it.
NOW THIS IS THE REVELATION;…
The “saved food” was important to you in the first place, that is why you “saved” it.
But you forgot it, because you were too busy/occupied that, your mind shifted to equally/more important things.
IN THE SAME WAY…
If you have a girlfriend/boyfriend and your relationship/friendship is going sour, and you want to back out; this is what you have to do;
Relax
Yes relax. Don’t try to force/push him/her out of your mind, or else you will push them ALL IN AGAIN (More than they were in, in the first place).
Let them be around, BUT JUST GET BUSY: Get so much attractive goals, and give those goals short/limited deadlines, so much that your MIND WILL SHIFT to ACCOMPLISHING THEM ONLY.
Don’t space the goals/deadlines: make them so time bound and limited that, there will be no time to breathe (to start thinking about him or her).
Make them so closely packed like a block or brick wall (no air through).
And, make those goals you set align with your PURPOSE or DREAMS or ASPIRATIONS in life (something that will bring you more worth, so that you wouldn’t feel like backing out of these goals). BE, AND FEEL LIKE A BOSS WHILE YOU’RE ACCOMPLISHING ALL OF THESE GOALS YOU HAVE SET FOR YOURSELF.
After some time, you will AUTOMATICALLY, WITHOUT YOUR EFFORTS get those boys/girls out of your mind and /or you will feel so much okay when they finally realize your absence in their lives and decide to move on to other boys/girls (the bin).
You see?
Okay.
“What if I don’t forget the food (them) and choose to eat it after all?” You may ask.
Well, that is up to you then. This advice or revelation will not be needful to you.
But we that want to get some “hell” out of our lives, have to use this principle to get them out without our much effort and end up BETTER; far better than we were before.
“Okay. If you say so. I will do it too.”
Okay.I say so darling.
